We bought this item and when it arrived we noticed that the quality was very subpar. We also noticed that the frame of the item was bent and that the cushion covers were sewn backwards. We contacted the seller and told them that we wanted to return the item. We got a major run around. After multiple attempts we finally got frustrated and called amazon. Amazon told us that if the seller did not resolve the problem that they would intervene. We went back to the seller and informed them of the steps that we would take if the issues were not cleared up immediately. They told us that they would call us back within 24 hours, we waited but never got the call back. We called the manager and gave them he!!. As of right now we are still waiting for the return shipping authorization from the seller but it's been a week and still nothing. I buy a lot of things from Amazon and this is the first time that I've run across something like this. I would not do business with this company (Lexington Modern). Save yourself a bunch of aggravation, the quality is not there and if you have a problem then good luck in getting the seller to do anything about it.
